General Faculty Senate meetings are once a month, using a representational model per department/unit. All meetings are open. Requests to be added to the agenda should be directed to the faculty senate chair, your department’s faculty senator or through an Action Request.

Meetings are conducted following the latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised and the Faculty Senate’s Special Rules.  All voting held in the Senate are done and a permanent record is kept ( VOTING Link ).
